Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
Design and sell customized kitchen solutions.
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
Generate leads at home shows, networking, industry professionals, and local events.
Drive our franchise growth.
